My research focuses on the design of novel mechanisms and robots for a variety of tasks. In particular, my expertise includes the kinematics, dynamics, design and balancing of parallel mechanisms and robots and the design of robotic hands. Recently, my team has been developing novel collaborative robots using redundant parallel robots and the concept of proprioceptive actuation.
